SB 9, SB 12 & HB 1416 ARE IN EFFECT — DISTRICTS NEED COMPLIANT CONSENT SYSTEMS BEFORE THE 26-27 SCHOOL YEAR
How it all started

Our story began as parents looking for a better way to stay connected to their children’s life at school and beyond. From the beginning, our mission has been to help busy educators connect with families and create a 21st century "village".

We started out with a simple group messaging app and quickly moved to streamline everything from permission slips to sign ups. We developed what we call “actionable messaging” to allow parents to respond to school requests in as few clicks as possible.

No extra apps or logins required. Payments. Registration. Announcements. Events. Translation. We added it all.

From years of experience working with districts of all sizes, we have a deep understanding of how to meet the diverse needs of school communities. We help teachers and schools effortlessly customize outreach to connect with every parent, and across the whole district thanks to simple integration and onboarding tools.

When COVID hit our communities, we added direct messaging capabilities, helping educators personally reach out to families and stay connected, through chat, voice and video.

But we also saw our limitations. We couldn't be everything that educators needed, so we partnered with amazing companies to deliver really meaningful services on their behalf, like Daily Health Screenings or Behavioral Health assessments.

We became a Family Relationship Management platform.
Our platform doesn’t just simplify parent participation. It captures data and insights that can then be leveraged to strengthen ongoing family engagement. We offer leaders smart reports and analytics to keep their fingers on the pulse of parent engagement across their whole school or district.
Why
Because Family Engagement is the best predictor of
Student Success

No matter their income or background, students with involved parents are more likely to have higher grades and test scores, are less truant, have better social skills, fewer disciplinary issues, and adapt well to school.

When parents are involved at school, the performance of all the children at school, not just their own, tends to improve.
